I just wanted to send a quick note of thanks. Last week, I had ordered a bath-time mouse pad for our family and didn't realize that I had ordered it with all boys for the three children. Thank you for noticing that I had two girls and one boy in the mix and creating the appropriate change to send out the correct pad. All I know is that if my two girlie-girls had received a pad with a drawing of all boys, they would have been devastated.
So, thank you for that change, small on your end, HUGE on ours. (As it is, our son is the baby and the pad has him as the oldest, which everyone here thinks is funny). I LOVE your product and do plan on using you often in the future. I always try to give personalized gifts and I think everyone is tired of the engraved beer glass or coffee mug.
