Yes, we can change the skin tone of all our
Kustom Kartoons characters, but all the characters in the cartoon
have to be the same skin color. We can not make one character light
skinned and another character in the same cartoon dark skinned.

Can I change the background of the cartoon, or the hair color of my personalized cartoon?

We're sorry, but we can't alter any of the artwork, or change any characteristics of the cartoon other than the text or the skin tone. That ability is coming in an updated release of our software.
Can I get the Tennis Player in a Key Chain as well as an 11" x 14" Print?

I just bought a personalized cartoon from Kustom Kartoons on Ebay. How do I personalize my cartoon now?
- If you bought a cartoon on Ebay, you should be getting an email from me requesting some info. If you are anxious to get me the personalized information I need to create your masterpiece, all you have to do is locate (here on the web site) the same cartoon you
bought on Ebay, fill out all the personalization fields (Merchandise, Mat Color
-- if you bought an 11" x 14" Print or an 8" x 10" Print,
Skin Tone, and Personalization Text), then click on the "Add
To Cart" Button.
From there keep clicking on the "CONTINUE" button until you reach the payment options page. There you find 4 choices at the bottom of the page.
Click on the "I Paid Thru Ebay" radio button, then click "CONTINUE".
On the next page, fill out the two form fields (Your First & Last Name, Your Zip Code), click the "CONTINUE" button, and you're all done!
Note: YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED AGAIN WHEN YOU DO THIS!!!
