Shipping and Payment Policies

The truth is, I'm maniacal about shipping. I hate to wait for things so I try and get your order in the mail to you as fast as possible. Many times, an order placed in the morning will be shipped that same day!

SHIPPING

* Kustom Kartoons will ship your order within 1-3 business days of receiving payment through Credit Card, Paypal, cashiers check or money order, and within 1-3 business days after a personal or business check has cleared.

* Shipping fees are $4.80 for the first item and $1.25 for every item after that.

* FREE SHIPPING is automatic on orders of $100.00 or more.

* Kustom Kartoons uses the U.S Post Office for all shipments.

* Insurance on any orders can be provided at the customers expense, and must be added to the cost of the order.

PAYMENT

* Kustom Kartoons accepts Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Checks (electronic and mailed) and Money Orders.

* Mail orders must be accompanied by a personal check, money order, or a cashiers check for the full amount of the order -- including tax (Florida residents only, 7%) and shipping ($4.80 for first item, $1.25 for each additional item) -- before the order will be sent.

* A $20.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

* Any manufacturer's defects are 100% covered by Kustom Kartoons. In the event there is a problem, return the item to us for replacement, or a full refund. Shipping costs (other than overnight shipping) will be covered 100% by Kustom Kartoons.
