We know it can get confusing when purchasing on the web, so we've created this guide to help you through the process. For more information about our ordering policies, click here. It is also important when purchasing a personalized gift to make sure you give me the exact text you want to see on your cartoon. (Although, I can usually see when a common spelling or punctuation oversight has been made and correct it, sometimes what I think might be a spelling error could be intentional on your part, so please make sure you have the capitalization, spelling and punctuations just exactly how you want them on your Kartoon.)

Rest assured that ordering is very safe here on the Kustom Kartoons web site. Our shopping cart is secure and encrypted. It also goes without saying that your private information is neither stored nor sold to any third parties. Your trust and satisfaction are the most important things to me.

Now here are those instructions:

1.      Go to the top of the page and click on the “SELECT A TOON” dropdown box, and select a category.

This is where the fun begins. There are many categories to choose from and over 500 Kartoon pictures in all, so prepare for lots of laughs. Once you get started, you are sure to find a Kartoon for everyone you know and for every occasion.

2.      Once you've found a Kartoon that you like, simply click that Kartoon picture

3.      If you are purchasing an 8 X 10 or 11 X 14 matted print, you must also choose a matte color, so the first thing to do is click on the different colors next to the picture and watch that color appear around the picture. This lets you see what the Kartoon will look like, before you buy it. (If you are not purchasing an 8x10 or 11x14, you can skip this step and continue down to the next step)

4.      Select the merchandise that you would like your Kartoon on, by clicking on the dropdown box next to “Choose Merchandise”.

5.      Next, choose a matte color (for 8x10 and 11x14 orders only)

6.      Choose the skin tone next. (Note *All cartoon characters in that particular Kartoon must be the same skin tone)

7.      Next comes the really fun part!  Add the text that will make this item unique! Go ahead and say whatever you want! If you run out of room just email me... I can usually squeeze a few extra letters in each section.

IN ADDITION TO THE TEXT BOXES YOU SEE ON THE PERSONALIZATION PAGE, I CAN NOW ADD ANY TEXT ANYWHERE ON THE PAGE…….IF YOU WOULD LIKE ANY ADDITIONAL TEXT, JUST INCLUDE THE TEXT AND YOUR DESIRED LOCATION IN THE “NOTES” SECTION OF THE SHOPPING CART (WHEN YOU CHECK OUT)….there is no additional charge for this option, so have some fun!!

8.      Click “ADD TO CART”. This will add your personalized item to your shopping cart.

 IF YOU ARE FINISHED SHOPPING, Click on the dropdown box to select your location.

 Now, click on the “ADD SHIPPING” button and choose the shipping method you would like.

You will also be able to write me any special notes about this order or tell me about any text additions that you would like to add in the space provided.

Then click the “GO TO PAYMENTS” button at the bottom. Here, you will need to fill in all the required information. (If you are using a credit card, please make sure the billing information is the actual billing address for the card that you are using) and then click on “CONTINUE” at the bottom.

Verify all your information on this page is correct, select the appropriate button next to your payment options, and click “CONTINUE”

Then, fill in the rest of the required info (Paypal or Credit Card info) and click “CONTINUE”

Your Kartoon is on it’s way!!!

TO CONTINUE SHOPPING:

Skip over all the shipping stuff and go to the bottom of the page and click on “CONTINUE SHOPPING”

That will bring you to the home page, where you can click on the “SELECT A TOON” dropdown box, and select a category  to purchase a different cartoon and/or different merchandise. (Just start from step 1 and follow the same fun process)

When you are finished shopping, just go back up to the IF YOU ARE FINISHED SHOPPING section of this page, and follow the simple step by step instructions for finishing your order.
